ICTC
is a major training facility of
KOICA for implementing international
training programs and the other
international cooperation programs
as well as providing a comfortable
environment for participants.
As KOICA had no comprehensive
facilities prior to 1998, it was
difficult to accommodate the increasing
demands for training programs.
In order to enhance the efficiency
of training programs and to provide
the participans with better accommodation,
KOICA started making plans to
build ICTC in 1996.
Construction began in December
1997 and was completed in March
1999.
ICTC is an eight-story building
with an area of 7,433.34m2. It
has 90 guest rooms with 127 beds,
classrooms, an auditorium, a business
center, a fitness center, a dining
hall, and a leisure room.
